Just a quick share today!
Living in New England, USA means the weather changes often. We have a saying, “Don’t like the weather? Wait a Minute!”
March 8,2018 we got a ‘Nor’Easter’. This kind of storm brings wind blowing in from the Northeast accompanied by snow or rain.
This storm brought us a whopping 13 inches of heavy wet snow with wind speeds up to 50mph. The heavy wet snow dropped trees and created lots of devastation and power outages. Our only casualty was our mailbox from our neighbors tree, and we may have been the only house in town to have not lost power! Very lucky!

Images after the storm at our house.
But this isn’t a weather blog! This is a dog blog! Hooper, Quint and I got outside after the storm and built a snow person! We used only elements of nature to construct it. They both love jumping and running for snowballs! I was able to capture some great images of our fun. They do well with the cold and it’s often a struggle to bring them in. I put jackets on them when it’s cold and wet and sometimes they even ask for them. Hooper gets a water repellent one because his favorite thing is to roll in the snow! This keeps him a little drier. Clearly, the coats don’t hinder their movement.
Enjoy these photos I got of our snow fun!
